Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed. You’ll be able to track your order once it ships. Free shipping applies on orders over ₹1,499; standard shipping charges apply below that.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund within 5 hoursof placing it, as long as it hasn’t already been dispatched. To cancel, email hello.thebackupplan@gmail.com with your order ID as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — you’re welcome to return it instead, per the policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email hello.thebackupplan@gmail.com with your order ID and the reason for the return. We’ll share pickup or drop-off instructions — return shipping is on us, at no cost to you.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
